Our 2017 RV is 31 feet long and pretty much brand new. You will have plenty of sleeping accommodations with a queen in the bedroom, 2 twin bunkbeds, an over-cab bed, pullout sofa, and conversion dinning table. There is also LED lighting, and an out door entertainment system with tv and stereo.RV is equipped with cruise control, cameras on the rear and side mirrors, power leveling jacks, power retractable entry steps, and tons of storage underneath for any equipment you want to bring along.What's includedAll rentals will be clean with a stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, bowls, plates and cups) and have a full gas tank, full propane tank, and full fresh water tank. RV is stocked with fresh linens, bathroom toiletries, Keurig coffee machine, K-Cups of Coffee and Hot chocolate. Also included in your rental are camp chairs, BBQ grill, first aid kit, and board games.

Fees
- Security deposit: A$1,550.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: A$155.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. As well as cleaning of interior and exterior prior to booking.

Hi! My name is Alicia and my family purchased this RV to help our family get out and make lasting memories. We have 2 children, 4 dogs, and 2 goats, definitely a handful. So getting out into nature and spending quality time away from video games, tv shows, and daily house chores is a blessing. We truly enjoy our time finding new locations and spending time together. We hope you will have just as fun making memories with this RV.

Alicia was a great host. Very thorough and very responsive during our entire process. The Rv was perfect for our group and performed without any issues. Alicia had some nice extras like Blackstone portable grill, camping chairs and outdoor carpet. K-cup coffe maker and linens provided were a nice touch! Would recommend highly booking with Alicia again… 5 stars!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are pretty flexible as long as you communicate your needs. Let us know your plans and schedule and we can work something out to fit both our schedules.
Q.What time does it need to be dropped back off?
A.
We ask that if you pick it up at 4pm that it is returned by 4 pm the day of return.
Q.What time can I pick it up to start my rental?
A.
During the week Monday thru Friday pick up will be after 4:30 PM unless otherwise arranged. Saturday and Sunday we are more flexible. If you have other times that you are needing to pick up the RV or drop it off please communicate with us prior to making the reservation so we can make sure we are available at those time.
