2022 Heartland Trail Runner 31DB
We only offer Delivery at this time. Our unit sleeps 8 people, there is a bunk house that has a single bathroom, a couch that pulls out, and a dining room table that folds for additional sleeping space. There is a private room with a queen bed, the room also has charging ports and universal phone chargers at bedside. Private room is Cpap ready. The full-size bathroom has a stand up shower, we provide RV friendly toilet paper, and two towels. The bunk house and private room come with linen. Our kitchen has a single serve Keurig maker and essential cookware, as well as a manual can opener and knives with a cutting board. There is 3 TVs in our unit, and a Bluetooth stereo system that has zones inside and outside the unit. Outside there is a mini kitchen that includes a griddle and mini fridge. We provide 4 fold up chairs, that are stored in the storage compartment.Other things to noteOur unit uses propane for indoor and outdoor kitchen, there is an additional charge to refill propane tanks. Our unit is a 50 amp setup but we also provide a 30amp converter. We ask when you leave our unit please take all trash out and clean up. If anything breaks please just let us know so it can be fixed. We not only rent this unit out but we use it to make memories with our family as well.

The Kellys were so easy to work with! We were boondocking on my brother's property in Texas for the eclipse and and family reunion, so we didn't use many of the things like the CrockPot , stove, or refrigerator, but everything was clean and available. We had 4 adults sleeping in the unit. There was plenty of space. Thanks, Kellys!
