Hello, welcome to the Outback Explorer page. The RV is located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. This outback has brought many special memories to our family...and now you get to enjoy the Outback Explorer as we did.This RV is good for couples or small families. It will sleep 4 comfortably but can sleep up to 6.The RV is equipped with a front queen master suite with a private exterior entrance door, a private side aisle bathroom with a corner wall shower, and a booth dinette that converts to a bed. The slide-out features an air bed sleeper sofa, linen cabinet, and refrigerator. The rear kitchen provides you with ample workspace and storage space.****No dry camping/boondocking**What's includedThe camper will be stocked with the following and then some.---Plates, glassware, utensils, etc
---Pots and pans w/cooking utensils
---One roll of paper towel, 4 rolls of RV friendly toilet paper
---Dish Detergent and Hand Soap
---Toaster
---Coffee maker
---DVD Player
---TVRecommendationsIf you wanted to stay in the Shenandoah Valley area, there are a variety of campgrounds to choose from. The Shenandoah Valley also has a variety of wineries to choose from as well.Other things to note***Any form of smoking and drugs is strictly prohibited***

**Linens not included- but available for an additional fee**
**Holding tanks must be emptied, and propane tanks returned full.**
**If the Black and Gray tank is not empty and flushed a $100 fee will be deducted from your deposit**Please make sure your vehicle has the necessary towing capacity. If you need a hitch please contact me. The height from the ground to the bottom of the ball should be about 16".The camper needs to be returned in the same condition as it was received.An SRA will be required to be signed before taking possession of the RV.
