Including 1 queen memory foam bed, 1 convertible dinette to twin bed, 1 jack-knife sofa convert to twin bed, 1 spacious queen overhead bunk.It’s super easy to drive , perfect for first time RVers or Women. It has Back up camera, easy maneuvering steering wheel, one slide out at the bedroom with windows on both sides, all windows have black out shades covered, privacy curtains will be provided.There will be a spare tire, freshly washed sofas and bed covers/protectors , toilet papers, cleaning supplies (broom, dust pans, mop, rags and door mat) will be provided to renters for using during their trip.
All electric and water, sewer hook-up will be included with instructions.

• NO SMOKING inside the Coach. The $1000 smoking fee will apply if there is traces of tobacco or a smoking scent is found in post-trip cleaning. No Exceptions.
• Light cleaning of the unit is required before return. The $100 cleaning fee will apply if the unit is deemed as in dirty condition.
• Fuel tank and Propane tank must be filled to their pre trip levels. The black and grey tanks must be dumped and lightly rinsed before return. Failure to do these will result in their respective fees.
• Please return the unit by the POSTED or ARRANGED times. You may contact us and we can arrange a time for return. We are (most of the time) available between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM. Failure to return the unit within 2 HOURS of the arranged time will result in $80 overnight charge fee.

Naada and her husband are extremely helpful, communicative, patient, friendly, kind and supportive. They were beyond RV hosts during our trip. They made the extra effort to ensure our trip & RV was designed and prepped to enjoy. They genuinely take care of their customers. They walk you trough every single detail, especially if you are renting RV for the very first time like me. They gave us well detailed instructions for everything in the RV. I was a bit fearful of the extra fees but Naada was generous to provide additional information to pay less. The RV is in great condition, super clean, easy to maneuver, spacious for group of 6 people. All furniture inside the RV is in great shape and everything was cleaned and tested to be enjoyed. We had a blessed trip.
