2018 Coachmen Apex Nano
Our Apex Nano Bunkhouse is the prefect family getaway trailer. A full bathroom with sink, toilet and tub/shower with a Tankless Water Heater. That means endless hot water if you are connected to sewer! No need to use the bath houses, the whole family can have hot water. The four-seat dinette in the slide out allows for a deceptively large amount of space for the family while camping. Pet friendly with plenty of comforts. The kitchen has a 2-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer. We provide pots and pans, eating utensils, tupperware, drinking pitcher, ice cube tray, mixing and serving bowls, coffee maker and coffee with no extra add on fees. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the front, 2 bunks, and a dinette conversion. There is bedding provided for all beds. We'll provide 4 camping chairs so you can sit comfortably outside under the power awning. Also include are 2 small folding tables, and tabletop electric grill.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Using the weight distribution hitch requires a little practice, but with the power tongue jack it is not back breaking. I will show you everything you need to know to safely to hitch and unhitch.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I work a varied schedule and will work with you for pickup and drop off.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Our Apex Nano has 30amp service with all the needed adaptors to plug in at any campground.
Sewage is easy set up and clean up with exterior storage of sewage tubing. We provide gloves for extra cleanliness. If you are towing, please drain the sewage tanks before return or purchase the add on and we will dump for you.
The black tank (toilet waste) will last a family of 4 about 3 days.

Q.Tankless water heater on an RV?

I have upgraded the water heater to a tankless water heater. This upgrade allows my whole family the ability to shower in our camper without waiting on the water heater to recharge. The shower might be small, but it is certainly cleaner than the bathhouses!
