Luis was easy going and was very responsive via text when we had questions during the trip. The RV had some dust on the two night tables on both sides of the bed, and food crumbs on the couch and dining booth when we picked it up, but everything was easy to wipe down with Clorox wipes. The only problem we really had with the RV was that the freezer smelled like raw fish or seafood, so we just didn't use the freezer. Everything else in the RV worked great including the refrigerator and A/C which was cold, and it was nice to have a Roku TV that worked with the campground's wifi to steam movies at night.
