- Weekly (7+ nights): 10% off nightly rate
- Monthly (28+ nights): 20% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: A$1,550.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: A$170.50. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental.
