This camper has given our family so many wonderful experiences, and we know your family will love it too! Mom and dad, you'll enjoy the full queen bed in the front bedroom with comfy blankets and a memory foam mattress topper, and the kids will love having their own bedroom with a full size bottom bunk, and twin size top bunk! Plus, the kids have their own 1/2 bathroom at the rear of the camper! Have more guests coming? The sofa pulls out into a full-size bed, and the dinette transforms into a full-size bed as well! You'll enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, and an outdoor kitchen with mini-fridge, 2-burner cooktop, and use of a 17" Blackstone griddle! Just think of the pancakes you can cook up before you head out on the day's adventure! We deliver and set-up at campgrounds located within 40 miles of West Frankfort, IL. • Please remember to bring the awning in completely before leaving the camper. Strong winds can catch the awning like a sail and rip it off the RV. This is a very expensive fix.
• When camping at a location without sewer hook-up, remember to conserve your water usage. All water, both black and gray, go to holding tanks. These tanks can fill up if you take long showers, or use a lot of water to wash dishes inside.
• The camper will be ready to camp upon your arrival. Propane will be on, water and electric will be hooked up, and water heater will be functional.
• The thermostat is a "gentle touch" model. Please do NOT press the buttons hard. You only need to gently touch the buttons to control the AC/furnace.
• If you have any questions or concerns, please text (618) 521-0572. This camper is owned by a certified RV technician, and he can usually talk through any situation that may come up.

I love RV camping so much, I wanted to learn as much as I could about how they work and operate. So I decided to become a certified RV technician, in addition to my full-time job. I studied through RV Technical Institute in Elkhart, IN. You never know what kind of stories will be told around a campfire!
