2019 Coachmen Leprechaun
This well-cared for vehicle features a flexible floorplan that’s great for couples and small families. We offer a 25% discount for rentals of 30 days or longer. We're AirBnB Superhosts and are committed to the comfort and enjoyment of our guests. What makes this RV so special? Here are five things.Bedroom. The rear bed is a full queen with plenty of storage. We love to open the large, low side window and feel like we're outside, except we're in our comfortable, safe, cozy, and warm bed! Few other RVs we looked at had so inviting a rear bedroom! The mattress was custom-made and is super comfy.Kitchen. Not only is there real counter space in the kitchen, an expansion piece connects to a small table to add oodles of attitude counter space. For a serious foodie like myself, this makes for a great RV kitchen. A large freezer and plenty of storage make this kitchen extra useful.Living Area. The flexible living area can be configured with a large booth AND a sofa for lounging (or extra storage!). The sofa can also be converted into a small booth or an extra bed. The bunk over the cab also serves as a large bed with plenty of ventilation and windows. One of the things we loved about this model was that it feels open and spacious without problematic slide-outs, greatly simplifying the use of this RV.Maintenance. We keep full records of all maintenance and work hard to keep this RV in tip-top shape. Safety and comfort are our top goals. The house batteries typically give us 2-3 days of normal use before we need to recharge; the built-in generator, with large propane tank, makes recharging easy.Have IT Your WAY. After you make your reservation we'll be in touch about your needs. We can provide the vehicle fully-equipped or stripped-down, as you need. Please Note: While we keep the vehicle well-maintained and in overall great condition, as a five year old vehicle we do have some bubbling in the wall paper other equally minor issues). What's includedOur Leprechaun is thoroughly cleaned between all uses. The RV is equipped with a deluxe R/C MaxxAir fan, TPMS (tire pressure management system), and a dash cam. The kitchen can be equipped with:

($100 for two people). We want to be sure you have everything you want and need, so let us know if you need anything else!We can deliver the RV to you for a small fee or we can meet you free of charge at the Walnut Creek BART station. Please note, this RV does not have a side awning; we removed it as it was prone to expensive damage and none of our guests reported using it.RecommendationsWe’ve RV’ed all throughout Northern California and surrounding areas and can help you plan a great trip.Other things to noteFestival goers: Please let us know your plans before you book. The entire experience was wonderful. This was our first RV rental. Alan provided a thorough tour of the vehicle prior to take off. The RV was clean and stocked with the essentials. The instapot made meals easy. We camped some beautiful placed. The RV rides smooth and was easy to handle.

We had amazing 2 weeks trip in California. Alan was really supportive, kind and available all the way. It was our first RV trip and thanks to Alan we could make it with full confidence. The RV itself is new, in great shape and well equipped. Highly recommended! Thank you Alan!

Alan is the perfect host - he explained every function in the RV (very patiently, I'm a first-time RVer) and provided all the essentials to make the trip comfortable. He was instantly available whenever I had a question or problem.

Alan explained the details of the RV, and the RV comes with a lot of other useful things such as pots and plates.
The RV was clean and in good condition, It is easy to drive because it has a strong engine.

My family (two adults and a 7 and 4 year old) and I had a great experience road tripping to the Grand Canyon in Allan's RV. We had (almost) all the comforts of home on wheels! The RV is in great condition - clean and well maintained and easy to drive once you get a hang of being in such a big rig. Allan was very helpful with planning the trip, showing us how to use all of the amenities of the RV and taking us for a test drive before we left for our trip. We made great memories and are already talking about our next big adventure on the road.
Alan’s answer
Thank you so much, Shannon! It was a pleasure renting to you and your family!
