I mean, who doesn't love the sweet smell of pancakes and syrup in the morning and sunshine all day?!Goldie is available for your next adventure! We’ll get you all set up. Just show up with the fam (or maybe by yourself for an inspiring writing session? A getaway with girlfriends? A few nights just the two of you?) Whatever your reason for fresh air and adventure, we know it’ll be even better when you stay in Goldie.The bunk above the cab is basically a secret fort of wonder for anyone ten and under. Scratch that, even as an adult, the space feels magical. The star-shaped twinkle lights complete any little camper’s dream world. Just hook the ladder in the slots and climb up to making memories. It's a queen up top.There’s a full bed in the back and another when you lower the dining table. The big blue couch is comfy and cozy, too. Wherever you sleep, you'll be having the sweetest of dreams after a full day of playing in the greatest playground that ever existed.Feel free to use the bathroom and indoor shower. They both work great, but we tend to opt for campground plumbing when it's available.You'll also find board games, nature books, our favorite Bird Rock coffee, a box of the best local firewood from our property in Valley Center, and everything you'll need for s'mores.We love exploring, color, and spaces filled with light and making the most of wherever we are. That’s not hard to do when we’re with Goldie. We hope the same goes for you!#goldiegoescampingPlease note: Goldie doesn't have a generator, but don't stress! RV Rental Agreement Terms1. Smoking Policy:
No smoking is permitted in the RV. A $500 fee plus cleaning/repair costs will apply if smoking evidence is found.2. Roof and Ladder Access:
Renters are prohibited from accessing the roof or using the rear ladder.3. Return Conditions and Fees:
The RV must be returned in the same condition as pickup. The following fees will apply if conditions are not met:
• Waste Tanks Not Emptied: $150
• Fuel Refill: $50 plus fuel cost
• Propane Refill: $50 plus propane cost
• Mileage Overage: $0.55/mile over 100 miles per day
• Excessive Cleaning Fee: If the RV is returned excessively dirty beyond normal use, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged, or the cost of professional cleaning if necessary, whichever is higher.4. Late Return Fee:
If the RV is returned later than the agreed return time, a fee of $50 per hour will be charged for each hour past the return time.5. Long-Term Rental Clause (Rentals Exceeding one (1) Month):
For rental periods exceeding one (1) month, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to mechanical breakdowns, appliance malfunctions, or issues with the RV’s electrical, solar, water, or waste systems. This policy applies regardless of any delays or loss of use caused by such issues. The owner will take reasonable steps to repair or restore the RV to working order as quickly as possible.
If it is determined that any issue arose due to renter negligence, misuse, or avoidable actions, the renter will be held responsible for the full cost of repairs, replacements, or services needed to restore the RV to working condition.Acceptance of Terms:
By booking and/or accepting the handoff of the RV, the renter acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. This clause supersedes any other agreements or contracts, whether written or implied, related to the rental of the RV.
