We really enjoyed renting this C class Rv. We took a small tour of the island staying at a few different provincial parks each night and were glad to camp in comfort. The bed was comfortable and it was easy to drive. One thing we had an issue with was the smell of the toilet venting into the driving area. The seal on the toilet needs to be replaced and because if this the smell of urine was overwhelming. We hadn't even used the toilet yet at that point. We did dump it which tell me the last ppl didn't.(the black tank sensor wasn't accurate) I recommend asking if the seal has been fixed before confirming rentals as it's an easy fix and this shouldn't happen. Also request for unit to be empty of all freshwater and liquids before driving as stopping was extremely hard on a large fill of water. Better to fill close to where you are camping. Other then that we enjoyed this Rv and the family renting it was nice and showed us what we needed to know. The island is beautiful and worth camping on.

Jarrett’s answer

Thank you Ashley for your insights. We are so sorry for you having to contend with the smell of the toilet. The new toilet seal has been ordered and will be installed as soon as it arrives. Thank you for the information about the tanks. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and giving us your feedback as we truly value the guests that rent our RV and appreciate any opportunity to improve their experiences.

My best friend and I rented this camper Van from Jarrett and Rose to have a few days away on the beautiful Vancouver Island. The van is fantastic and has everything you need. The hosts were amazing, friendly, and very responsive. I found this van very easy to use and the hosts have written out everything you need to know about how to care for and use the van. Highly recommend!
