Beautiful, professionally converted high roof long wheelbase Ram Promaster with amenities beyond most anything at this level, and it discreetly fits in a parking space! Our new favorite thing is to "glamp" with this van. We usually go to a legit camp site and we set up some chairs by the fire. And that is it! We cook on the van induction stove, but we do of course break out the smores on the real fire.Wood floors, Birch cabinets, Comfy clean new full sized bed (*Note: not great for people > 6'2" unless one person laying a bit diagonal), Beautiful stainless sink, Induction cooktop, Stainless fridge with small freezer, Toaster oven, Marine toilet (liquids only please!), Rooftop A/C, Rooftop Air Vent/fan, a TON of storage, e.g. Garage for Toys like 2x full size mountain bikes (!), HOT water in sink, and HOT shower in cargo door area (outdoor - we just wear swimsuits instead of setting up a curtain). Van also has a safe bolted to the van chassis that can hold e.g. several laptops.Best part: Two Tesla batteries give you over plenty of power for the rooftop air conditioner overnight (no generator needed!) along with all your other electronics, and a 27 Gallon freshwater tank with self-draining greywater tank. No built in heater but we use a space heater on cold nights. If you run out of battery, you can just plug in extension cord to regular home power outlet or drive the van for 5 hours or so for a full recharge via the alternator. Solar panels too mean that the van will run basically forever if you aren't using the air conditioner or space heater- its good for 1-2 days off the grid without recharging if you are using those.Window covers for stealth campingTwo security cameras if you like that can be accessed by downloading the Amazon Blink app (you can change the password for privacy…)What's includedFresh linens, Good french press coffee and espresso maker with pods, Hair dryer, Clothes steamer, Comprehensive first aid kit, Firewood and firestarter upon request. Plenty of other stuff available upon request (we have lots of hobbies so just let us know!)Verizon hotspot available, it costs me $15 per 5Gb after the monthly fee, so this is the same cost I will pass directly on to you. Just as a reference, if you set your devices to low-data mode, this 5Gb will probably stream about 8 hours of netflix based on 0.7 Gb/hr at standard definition. Just make sure you don't let your cell phone automatically connect to the hotspot if not needed! 5 Gb should be plenty for doing routine work.RecommendationsWe recommend camping at a campsite (in thr van of course), or going stealth mode parked in a residential neighborhood in a city. "boondocking" they call it - we haven't been bother by the cops yet...There are also some great places nearby our home, on HipCamp.com
We recommend Ashby Acres - such a cool little spot to hang with horses by a fire.
Go to the Keys! Go to the springs near Ocala. Watch a rocket launch at canaveral! Head to Nashville, Savannah, or Charleston! Go to the NC mountains even.Other things to noteWe don’t want to put TOO many miles on the van, so we would rather folks didn’t take it too much farther than the southern Appalachian Mountains...Need about 45 minutes before setting out to fill out the paperwork and train you on the van systems, but overall its pretty turn-key! Power management is important, however, so its important to discuss this.

Hi! The camper van is my child! My girlfriend and I use it for weekends and vacations, and sometime spontaneous getways. Its been great during COVID. We take a lot of pride in the R/V and it is really nice. We are hardworking (Professor & lawyer), tidy people, and we also love entertaining, so it is with great pleasure that I would lend out the camper van for someone else to have an awesome experience!

Jordan was very responsive and easy to deal with. Pick up and drop off were flawless - no issues whatsoever. The vehicle was clean, well appointed, and ran very well. Very happy to work with Jordan and will be doing so again next time my daughter and I go camping in central Florida. A big thumbs up!

Jordan spent a lot of time with us, answering a lot of questions, beyond normal camping questions because we’re looking to get a camper van of our own.

First of all, Jordon was a pleasure to deal with. He went over everything we needed to know about how to work all the features of the van. We liked that everything is push button in this newer model. The convenience of simply having to press a button to get AC throughout was great, especially when taking lunch breaks in rest areas on hot, muggy days. And we liked that we could be self sufficient and not have to plug into an electrical outlet to have electricity. The camper was very clean and well stocked with supplies. Lastly, we were impressed with how well the van handled on the road, and we felt safer next to all the large trucks on the interstate. We would definitely rent from Jordon again.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The system is all self contained - making stealth camping easy!
For example, we've camped on the side of the street in Philadelphia and Newport, RI, with no problems whatsoever.
The 27 gallon water system lasts two people about 3 days, with cooking each night. For showers, figure 2 gallons per. The water can be refilled easily with a garden hose as we have a cool attachment.
