2015 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter RV Motorhome Campervan
Adventure Van built out by Sports mobile with everything you need for an adventure year round.
There are multiple seating options with a regular driver and passenger seat for two people and the option to have two additional seats behind the passenger seat that is safe for kids or babies.
This van can sleep 4 with the double bed above a sofa pull out bed or if you prefer more room in the van and have fewer people, we suggest using just the sofa bed.
There is a shower/RV toilet with a little sink in the restroom area that is available weather permitting (the van has to be "winterized" in the Tahoe/Truckee area as temperature drop which mean no water as pipes will freeze and burst).
There is also a single burner stove top and another sink in the rear of the van if you do need to cook inside.
The refrigerator is ample and there is little freezer as well.
There is ample storage inside and also a large box outside for more storage.
We have included bedding, towels, dinnerware set for four as well as cooking utensils and a few other amenities to make your trip easy and fun.
We have enjoyed this van as solo travelers, dog family travelers and eventually as a nice place for our baby/toddler to hang out on both day trips and long trips. It's a gem of a van with great vibes, comfort and most importantly, a vessels of fun and adventure.*Note, in winter months with freezing temperatures, the van will be winterized and there will be no access to the sink or toilet. Plan to use public restrooms during this time. We still Love to travel in the snowy weather and always find solutions for a bathroom. This van makes for a great ski/board trip tailgating experience.
What's includedFresh linens, towels, cookware, dinnerware, cleaning supplies, camping table, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, vacuum. RecommendationsDonner State Memorial Park is a great alternative to Lake Tahoe if you are looking to minimize the crowds. You can get a day pass or camp at Donner Memorial and walk right to the lake or park the van near the lagoon.
We also love to use this van in the winter as our place to take a break in the parking lot of the resorts, nap the kids, hang with the dogs and enjoy our own snacks and drinks as opposed to paying $$$$ for resort food/drinks.Other things to noteAbsolutely no smoking of anything inside the van.
Pets and kids are welcome but mindful if you do have destructive dogs or kids and bring your own kid seat and dog crate.
No water or toilet use in the cold months.
Festivals are ok with the exception of Burning Man.
*If this van is taken to Burning Man unlawfully, an additional $1000 per day fee plus a minimum $2000 cleaning fee will be charged.

this trip was extraordinary, Tara's Sprinter is top notch and she herself is a class act. thanks again Tara, we will see you next year for Phase 2 of the trip. Your rig is set up perfectly for any adventure.

The host were fantastic. The experience with them made the whole Outdoorsy process satisfying. The van was in perfect condition. The solar panels produced all the power we needed. Chilled beverages from the refrigerator were great. We were parted under the center of the early July heat dome. The wind we had hoped to get for land sailing was fleeting and lasted only two hours per day. The one thing with the configuration of the van that was not the best was the platform bed. We are a older couple and climbing in and out of the bed was not the easiest. It is tough getting old. We have decided to go to the beach next July.
Tara’s answer
Thank you for the review and for taking good care of the van!

My experience with Tara was great. She is a good communicator, and the van was wonderful to have on my camping trip. It was easy for me to drive, handled the road well, and comfortable to sleep in. I got attached to that van in the short amount of time I had it!
Tara’s answer
Glad you enjoyed the van Vickie. Thank you for taking such good care of it.

Excellent host. Communicative, reliable and informative. And a genuinely nice person. The conversion van was perfect for my son and I on an extended tour of northern California. Drives great. Plenty of power and gets decent fuel economy. Bonus - looks super cool on the road and at the campsite :)
