My wife, Jan and I are empty nesters, living full time in Tucson AZ. We enjoy all the desert life has offer. We have three grown sons scattered around the US so getting the RV made perfect sense to be able to visit but remain independent. We have two small puppies who are good travelers so they add to the at home environment when we are on the road. I highly recommend exploring all that Arizona has to offer. The state and national parks are a treasure and fun to explore. Jan and I look forward to meeting you when you rent Gypsy Blue to go on your own adventure.

Thomas was great and his RV was as described and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and worked wonderfully. The heater kept us warm overnight, and the AC kept us cool during the heat of the day. There is a minor little gremlin in the jack levelling system, but Thomas explained it to me during the departure walk-through. So, when it started dinging while driving, I was expecting it and it only lasted a short while. Thomas was also very communicative and flexible with the pick-up and drop-off times, which we needed for this trip. All in all it was a good experience, with both Thomas and the rig. We would definitely rent from him again.

Here are the events that took place when we rented this RV. Ten days prior to our use, I emailed the owner that I had severe allergies and asked that they not use any room fresheners or fabric sheets in the dryer for the bed sheets. I explained I was coming for an important competition and needed to be in top condition. On the day the RV was delivered as I was loading a few of our belongings, I noticed a strong perfume smell. I opened all the windows and hoped that by night time the smells would have been gone. No such luck. The bathroom smelled the most and each time the door was opened it then smelled in the whole RV again. I found 3 perfume room fresheners in the bathroom cabinets. When my husband went to make the bed the sheets smelled as well. So, by 9pm I decided I wouldn't be able to sleep in it. I had to sleep in our small RV with the 3 dogs. The second night the heater went out and it was 27 degrees outside and 42 degrees in the RV. My husband had to stay in it as there wasn't room where I was sleeping in our Chinook. I have the photo of the thermostat that shows the temp and time. When the owner arrived to pick up the RV he tried to blame the battery switch on the heater issue. I explained that wasn't the case as all else was working, he said nothing more. I told him I wasn't able to discuss a resolution as I was in the middle of my day competing and we could communicate the following day, Monday the 3rd of Jan. I sent an email and have never heard back from him. I am now waiting on the Outdoorsy's resolution department to step in and help us. Not sure how this ends yet for us.

Had a great time on the RV. Tom was always available to answer any questions while at the campsite. Would rent again.
