Rod was very easy to work with and accommodating to our family's needs. Driving from VA to Toledo, we were especially happy that there was a safe place where we could leave our family's SUV while we rented Rod's RV, which made a huge difference for us in making the trip possible. Rod was also flexible with when we returned the RV and kindly granted us the few extra hours that we needed to get back. As this was our first time renting an RV, Rod explained to us how to operate the generator, propane, hot water, and interior battery before we left. We didn't have any issues with operating the RV, and we were all excited to take a hot shower in our family's "camping truck" as we called it. It did run out of propane, but this may have been our fault by running the water heater more than needed, and the awning is very difficult to open due to some prior damage to the extension/support beams. All-in-all, we had a great trip and are very appreciative. We'd recommend renting from Rod for anyone that will be in the Toledo area.

This was a fun experience and we thank Rod for making his home on wheels available to us to take in the eclipse from a rural location! Everything worked perfectly and we appreciated the time Rod took to explain how the motorhome worked. We recommend the "Chalet" should it be available!
