Our King bed 39ft Thor Outlaw 2022 Toy Hauler with an engine that has been tuned for optimal performance, and with many upgraded features, is available for your road-adventure(s) and camp-side fun. The coach is also ideal for racing & tailgate parties, concerts, festivals, Disney/Fort Wilderness, or just a long weekend at one of Central Florida's beaches, parks, or springs. Local delivery and pick-up are available. Cheshires' cockpit is outfitted with an upgraded car-play enabled 6.75" touchscreen display for navigation & audio connected to speakers throughout the main coach and a 7" display for rear and side camera views. The coach features 4 Smart 4K TVs (1 in the main cabin, 1 in the primary bedroom, 1 in the Garage, and 1 outside near the main cabin door) and soundbars (1 in the main cabin, and 1 outside) for your streaming enjoyment. In the main cabin, we upgraded the standard love seat to a power reclining loveseat with a center drop-down armrest complete with USB and cup holders! Main cabin A/C silencers have been installed so you still get a good night's sleep on those hot & humid nights with the AC cranked. The kitchen has a Rodi system with a dedicated faucet, for the cleanest drinking water possible and since we hate doing dishes we have a dishwasher installed in the storage right outside the door. The Primary bedroom features a 10-inch cool gel memory foam & hybrid coils king mattress, and that room includes the washer/dryer combo to keep your clothes looking sharp. Additional beds include the Drop-down Overhead full-sized bunk with a pillow top 10" comfort foam & pocket spring hybrid mattress, the Garage Sky-bunk with queen-sized mattress, the Garage Dual Jackknife queen-sized fold-down and the Dining Table full-sized fold-down. Bedding and pillows will be provided for the fold-down options upon request for no cost.

Rules of the Road! Please read in its entirety!
-Awning must be retracted during rain, high winds, at night, and anytime you leave the campsite. If you fail to do this and damage occurs, repair/replacement fee’s will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- Smoking is prohibited in and within 15ft of the camper. If used cigarettes, ashes, or smoke is found in the unit the cleaning charges will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- If any of our amenities (pots, pans, towels, chairs, grill, propane, etc) are damaged or missing upon return of the vehicle, replacement cost will be taken out of your security deposit.
- If an unapproved pet is brought into the unit, a pet cleaning fee will be taken out of your deposit.
-If human or animal urine or feces are found on mattresses, counter tops, floors, rugs, cabinets, shower, sinks, chairs, etc cleaning or replacement fees will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
-No climbing on the roof. If roof damage is discovered upon return, it will be taken out of your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- If you choose to take the unit into below freezing temperatures for any amount of time, you are liable for “winterizing” the unit. Failure to do so properly can result in significant damage to tanks and water lines. If any damage is found upon return to tanks, water lines, hoses, or connectors the repair/replacement cost will be withheld from you security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the manual provided in the unit. Failure to follow any procedures in the provided manual could result in repairs that will be with held from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- If you choose to purchase add ons like beach packages, kayaks, bikes, etc and damage or fail to return these items, repair/replacement cost of these items will be taken out of your security deposit
