(RV Cottage) Large RV settled year round on a quiet lot with water views within a 2 minute walk to the beach and warm waters of the North Shore. Inside features a queen bed, double over double bunk, bathroom, fridge, freezer, microwave and A/C for comfort. A large deck is attached where you can enjoy water views, relax and cook on the large propane grill.What's includedIncluded: Clean linen on arrival, cookware and utensils, 2 firepit Adirondack chairs, deck furniture and large outdoor cook grill w/propane.
A 2 minute drive will take you to "Anchor Park" where there is access to laundry facilities and Ice if needed.
Recommendations-Waters shoes are strongly encouraged while in the waters.
-beach towels
-large cooler to store any beverages or extra food items that may not fit in the RV fridge.
-Lifejackets recommended for at own risk water activities.
Other things to note This is an established seasonal cottage community where reasonable quiet times are respected. Private beach access will be noted on site, please be mindful and remain on the right of way. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Smoking inside the RV is prohibited.
Pets are welcome on a case by case basis.

We enjoyed our time. Host was very sweet. Some minor issues which we mostly resolved. This was a stationary RV on a seasoned site. Lovely location. I felt the mandatory vehicle insurance on a stationary vehicle is unnecessary. Either only have hosts with movable RVs or an option to not purchase insurance on a fixed location!
