Enjoy the beauty of National Parks, Scenic Wonders, and Oceanside Vistas in a 35 ft coach that provides the comfort and amenities of a luxury resort. It will be your home away from home. Therefore, it is appropriately named Roadhouse. After years of enjoying RV travel, we know how much work goes into preparing for an RV Trip. To make your trip more enjoyable, we have done that work for you. Just pack your clothes and groceries. You will be ready to roll.Features include 2 slide outs creating a roomy comfortable space, a private primary bedroom with king size bed, smart TV with Amazon Fire, closet and drawers, and bath with shower. A privacy door separates the bedroom from the Salon. The Salon has a Hide-A-Loft queen size bed that lowers from the cab ceiling with the press of a button, and a sofa and a dinette that convert into beds. The Salon has a large screen smart TV and a ½ bath, convenient for those sleeping in the Salon. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer, a gas range and oven, and a microwave / convection oven. There is even a clothes washer and dryer onboard for laundry needs. Two A/C units, furnace, and electric/propane hot water heater assure comfort. Lots of storage. Truly can be your home away from home.For outdoor enjoyment there is a large, illuminated awning providing shade over the outdoor large screen smart TV and stereo speakers. Enjoy outdoor dining with the Coleman propane grill with gas tank and grilling utensils and a folding picnic table with 2 benches that are provided. There are also 4 outdoor lounge chairs for watching TV or sitting around the propane fueled fire pit that is provided and enjoying the outdoor sound system.Roadhouse has full hook ups including 50 amp electric, water & sewer. The onboard freshwater tank holds 100 gallons. The grey and black water tanks each hold 50 gallons.Based in So AZ, it is a short drive away from national parks, historic sites, and Lake Powel and Lake Havasu.Rules of the Road:
• We will provide a detailed walkthrough before you depart to familiarize you with the coach, its equipment and its amenities. You will also be provided with written operating instructions.
• No Smoking on the RV
• We do not allow towing. Sorry, but insurance doesn’t cover it.
• We do not allow our RV to go to events such as Burning Man or festivals. Nor is it allowed to be taken out of the country. We do use a GPS system to track the RV.
• No climbing on the roof or using the roof access ladder.
• The gas tank will be full when you leave and must be returned with a full tank of gas upon drop-off. And administration fee plus the price of gas will be charged if not returned full.
• Waste tanks will be empty when you depart and need to be emptied before you return. If the tanks are not emptied, you will incur dump fees.
• Dogs are permitted with a maximum of 2 dogs. Cats are not allowed. Dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis. There is a refundable deposit of $250 for each approved dog. All dog hair must be completely removed before drop-off.
• No refunds on early returns
• No traveling on unpaved roads. This includes forest service roads.
• Max speed limit is 65 mph.
• A Supplemental Renters Agreement is required to be signed at RV delivery.
• 24/7 Roadside Assistance.Price: $325 per night. All inclusive. No limits on mileage, generator use, or propane usage.Pickup at Sky Harbor Airport is available for $150 each way.

Lake Havasu, the "Ghost Town" Jerome, Sedona, Tombstone, and the amazing cliff dwellings of the First Americans are also worth your time. We love exploring National Parks, mountain, and beach communities with our RV. Daytime exploring, evenings cooking on the grill and sitting around a campfire are our favorite ways to spend our vacations.
