Jayco Jay series expandable to 23 feet (18 feet closed) with a short queen and king bed, stove, refrigerator, bump out, dinette and awning. Stay dry, warm and comfortable. Great for any type of camping without having to pull a massive trailer that can’t fit many places. It’s airy and roomy for a family of four but could sleep 6. The dinette and sofa convert to a bed at night if needed. We love this camper and only use for a couple trips per year. It’s a $11,000 camper you can get for under $100 per day.It comes with a 16000 BTU furnace run by the propane tank. It can run on battery power, also included, to take the chill out but if on battery only for short time. If you hook up to power you can run as long as you like.AC is optional. We have a portable 8000 BTU floor AC unit available on request. You will need electric hook up at your site to use it.This is our family camper and well cared for. Please no smoking allowed.We will show you everything you need to setup and takedown and help you hook it up. We hope you have as great a time as we have had on our camping trips to NH.What's includedFirst aid kit, broom and dust pan, fire stick, small trash can with liners, step stool, trailer ball lock and bike racks. RecommendationsThere are lots of great state and national parks the are for tents and popup trailers. We like these as they give you a some privacy between sites. They usually don't have hookups for water and electric but that is good with us.Some renters enjoy nice RV type parks that have hook ups. If so rent the affordable AC unit from us and stay cool. It has a small sink for running water if you have that option at you site. Other things to noteIt uses a standard 7 pin adapter and 2 inch ball.
