2022 Heartland RVs Pioneer Trail Blazer
Brand New 2022 Pioneer SS171, sleeps 5‑6. It has a queen bed, pull out couch full bed with a single bunk above, the table turns into a full bed as well. It comes with microwave, two burner cooktop, refrigerator, AC/Heat, a toilet, a shower & sink, and a kitchen sink. Everything you need for your adventures!You only need to bring your food, and clothes along. We can provide the linens at extra charge for you to have less hassle and more time to enjoy your vacation.This trailer is only offered delivered directly to your prepaid campsite or your preferred place, and we will also pick it up. Delivery Fees vary depending on location. The pick up fee is included in the delivery fee, cost per mile. If you need it delivered further than 150 miles location, you may shoot me a message and we can discuss.We always set up the camper to any hook ups available so don't worry about getting your hands dirty! Afterwards, we pick up the trailer and dump the tanks for you. If you decide to park in a place with no dumping site, please add "off-site dumping fees" from the add-on section.We strive to maintain all of our RV's at an exceptional level of cleanliness, we do ask all our renters to leave the RV in the same condition as it was delivered, Cleaning materials are supplied for you, so that before you depart: all food remnants, trash, surfaces are to be wiped down including stovetop and oven, refrigerator and freezer, entire bathroom including outside and inside of toilet. We understand camping gets a bit dirty but if you can clean as your trip progresses it really helps keep our units so beautiful! Additional fees can apply if unit is not returned in this fashion at a rate of $80/hr for the cleaning time.Other things to note:- No smoking or vaping is permitted in or around this RV. No smokers are allowed.What's included2 camp chairs, set of plates, cups, and utensils for 6, pots and cookware, table mats, dish soap and sponge, coffee maker, coffee filters, ground coffee, smoothie blender, electric kettle, dish drying rack, air freshener, toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, shower caddy, inside shower mat, inside and outside shower curtains. For your convenience, we provide an additional gas propane tank to purchase charged at your return (see add−ons details).Other things to noteOnly for non-smokers, no roof access.
