2021 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite
Our Rockwood MiniLite maximizes space and storage without being too heavy or long. One of our favorite features is the outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen features a mini fridge, stove top, faucet/sink, plus an additional propane line for additional grill. The tv shown mounted inside the trailer can also be moved outside and mounted on the outside of the trailer, plus we have exterior speakers.We have a full kitchen inside the trailer along with a queen murphy bed featuring a heated matress, a U shape dining area that converts into bed, a large bathroom with a shower, and a lot of extra space to take your belongings.
What's includedWe supply the water hose, sewage hose, toilet paper, tire pressure gauge, electrical 30 amp cable with an adapter for 120 volt, tire chalks, and leveling blocks. Upon request, we will at free of charge supply linens, blankets, and kitchen supplies. We have an optional Honda 3000 generator for rent if you need one. Delivery and pickup within 50 miles available upon request. RecommendationsFlaming Gorge and Moab are our two favorite spots. Flaming Gorge is a little more relaxed, it features a large resevoir and dark starry nights. Moab has everything from river rafting to rock climbing to off roading and skydiving!

Fees
- Security deposit: A$760.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: A$60.80. This fee will cover two full propane tanks, a full fresh water tank, and preparing/sanitizing the unit prior to each rental.

It was nice. The RV was very nice. We just had a problem with the alarm going off several time indicating there was a propane/gas leak. We checked everything possible, reset it and ended up sleeping with the windows open. But, it went off 5 times Saturday, which was alarming. Other than that it was very comfortable. Thanks for sharing your home away from home with us Riley and Alexis.
