2021 Forest River Tracer
We are back!! After taking a long hiatus to allow our niece to use our trailer we are back and ready! Fully Loaded, family perfect rig with separate bunkhouse!Just the right size family travel trailer with bunk beds and a queen size bed. Dinette and couch folds down into a bed, so sleeps 10 total. Empty weight of 7000 lbs, so it can be towed by most large SUVs and Half ton trucks that have brake controllers. Trailer is 31 ft and hitch is 3 ft total length is 34'6".Bathroom with toilet, shower and storage. Large fridge/freezer, microwave, flatscreen TV with Roku player to stream your favorite services. Outdoor shower. Power awning with outdoor speakers. Furnace/water heater system and fridge run off electric or propane. Reverse osmosis water filter, save on bottled water!Comes with all the necessities free of charge:
+Weight Distribution Hitch with 2 5/16th ball. (You need a 2" receiver, round 7 pin plug-in on your vehicle and brake controller)
+ 1 full 20lb propane tank
+ Pots/Pans, roasting sticks

Darren and the boss Tiffany were super awesome! They set up the trailer really sweet and had all the accessories and games. They kept it really clean and stocked with all the necessary things needed I couldn't have asked for a better trip!

Darren and Tiffany were amazing. Answered all of my questions and helped in every way. The RV was totally stocked and well taken care of. And my little one slept for the first time in a bunk bed. Really cool adventure and memory. Thank you Darren and Tiffany!

Overall great experience with Darren and Tiffany and their RV trailer! They were super responsive, detailed, flexible and clear with checkin and check out and the RV was in excellent condition both from a functional standpoint and that they had a ton of extra support items, spares, supplies which made the trip that much easier. A++!

Q.How much does the trailer weigh?

The MAX weight of the trailer is 7,800 pounds. Do not tow with full water tanks as this drastically adds to the weight. The dry weight is 6,800lbs, this allows for approximately 1,000lbs for cargo. Please evenly distribute the weight in the trailer.
