One Master Bedroom double bed, 2 pullout couches (1 adult or 2 young children each). Dinning area converts into a double bed. Bunkbed (lower can sleep and adult, (Upper can hold someone under 130lbs). Full kitchen with 3 burner stove, oven, microwave and compact fridge. There is a slide out which makes space for a comfy living room with a 32" smart TV .In order to keep my prices affordable and per popular demand. Please bring your own towels ,linens and toiletries. Cleaner and dish soap of choice. Toilet paper is provided. Basic pots ,pans and utensils are provided for light cooking . I Provide 1 full tank of propane per week, anything beyond that you will need re fill. My best advice to you is prepare yourself as if you would be tent camping without the tent. We want you to enjoy an awesome stay in our trailer. It's full of love and we want you to create wonderful memories. You deserve to have a great vacation get away and we want to help you achieve the fun in planning and enjoying it!Pets are ok. If you have a pet that sheds a lot please be prepare to pay a $200 cleaning fee it not fully clean. Also applies to soiled areas or general pet damage. please message me for details. NO Pets ON Beds OR Couches.Additional fees will be applies if trailer is returned dirty with neglect.
