Albert was a very gracious host. He stayed in contact off and on to check if there were any questions we had with Outdoorsy process or about his RV in general. He was always punctual and had very clear and concise explanations on how everything worked. Thank you Albert for giving us the confidence to enjoy our first RV adventure.

Albert’s answer

Thanks Hector, come back again when you are ready. My best wishes to you.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Our standard pick-up time is 10:00 AM in the morning. This gives you ample time to prepare for your journey. The RV should be returned by 3:00 PM, and this give your ample time for driving back without hurry and cleaning and unloading your personal belongs before return. Please also communicate with me if you need other specialized time frame for pick up and return. I may add fees for very early pickup or very late returning. I also deliver the RV with fees. Please check the Add On fees

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
This Class C RV is equipped with one camera on the left side and two cameras on the right side to ensure complete visibility for the driver from all angles. Additionally, there are two rear cameras. The first camera provides a downward view of the bumper to aid in precise backing up. The second camera faces the rear to detect any incoming traffic. All cameras are displayed on the monitor while driving.

Q.Cell Phone Signal Booster, yes it is equipped
A.
I have installed a weBoost Drive Reach RV Signal Booster model 470354, which is ready to use by simply pressing a button. It is powered by the RV's battery, so please turn it off when not in use. According to the manufacturer, using the booster in areas with strong cell signal may slow down your phone, so it is only recommended for use in areas with weak signals.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The utilities are located on the driver's side of the RV. Ensure that you park the RV correctly so that the utilities are on the driver's side if the campground offers full services. Connect the water at the city water valve and turn off the water tank pump inside when using outside water. It's advisable to keep the black and gray tank valves closed until they are full to facilitate flushing the tanks and prevent any unpleasant odors from entering the RV.
