Sage was my personal home for over 2 years. Now that I've found a home base, I'd love for people to get to experience adventures with her without me having to part with her permanently.
She has a 2 burner propane stove, a dometic fridge with freezer compartment, 22 gallons of fresh water, a 7 gallon grey water tank that can be removed to empty. 2 Maxxair fans and 2 diagonal screened windows can create a lovely cross breeze. There's also a diesel heater that can be controlled via a remote from the full sized bed. There is an airhead composting toilet with a separate liquid container that can be emptied without having to engage with the composting section. She comes fully equipped with cook wear, dishes, cutlery, towels, extra sheets, etc.
There is a sliding divider door with full length mirror that locks in place to block off the cab section of the van and makes it feel like a studio.
Completely off grid capable, there is 200w of solar and the battery also charges via the van alternator when you're driving. If you have mostly sunny days and/or drive every other day or so, there's no worry of running out of power.
While there is no water heater, if you're in a warm campsite scenario, the sink faucet can be turned and secured out the kitchen window for a rinse off type shower as a nice plus after returning from an outdoor adventure. I’ve also added a solar shower bag to the drawer of “extras”.
Ample drawer storage within the main living section and underneath the bed in the "garage" for all of your trip necessities. 2 campchairs, extra blankets or fans depending on season, a tent and sleeping bag, and an inflatable 2 person kayak included in the garage to help you maximize your trip. Here’s a tour video made awhile back. Obviously there are some changes since she’s become a rental, but the general layout is the same, and there’s a diesel heater installed now. Enjoy!

I traveled full-time in Sage since April 2021 and have gone from the southern states to the west coast, down to Baja (where I picked up my road companion, Mama), up to the PNW, over to the greater west and continued on to New England and the Northeast. I've finally circled back and ended up in Salt Lake City where I've settled in a dwelling without wheels for awhile, but would like for others to experience the adventures of Utah and the surrounding areas until I can give Sage more attention again.

I can’t say enough great things about our stay in Sage the van!! Jennifer was a fantastic host and made sure we had a thorough rundown before we took off for the week. She was extremely responsive throughout the experience and when we had questions throughout she responded within minutes. The van had everything we needed and more. Would HIGHLY recommend and would not hesitate to rent again for another trip in the future!

We absolutely loved our week in Jennifer’s campervan! It had all the amenities we could ever need & was very comfortable. This was our first time traveling this way & we’re ready to rent the campervan again for another adventure. Jennifer checked in during the trip to make sure things were going smoothly & was very friendly/responsive. Don’t miss out on an incredible trip in this van!!!

Jen accepted our reservation that we booked the night before! She was quick responding and accommodating. The van was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Jen even checked in mid trip to make sure we didn’t have issues or questions!
