This is the perfect little base camp adventure van for all of your travels! With a legit full size 80x60 Queen memory foam bed, lots of storage, large refrigerator, good mpg (15-17 mpg avg, regular gas), and easy maneuverability, it's everything you could want from a campervan. There is a full length roof rack with multiple tie down rings for your gear, a roof storage box, and large pull-out drawers encompassing all of the available space under the bed.Water storage is 10 gallons - 5 gallons in the tank under the sink and an additional 5 gallon jug that can be secured next to the fridge. There is a 1 gallon 'gray water' jug also under the sink for easy removal. There is running water from the small water pump, and a dual butane/propane stove also stored in the galley. It comes with a full set of quality cookware and environmentally friendly tableware. You have (2) 120-volt 3-prong household outlets - 1 in front and 1 in back, along with multiple USB outlets in convenient locations. These, along with the fridge, roof fan/vent, and the various dimmable lights and LED strips, are all wired into a 200 amp-hour deep-cycle lithium battery, which is kept charged by 200 watts of solar panels. If it's exceptionally cloudy, there is also a heavy duty "battery to battery" charger that can be switched on that will recharge the lithium battery from the alternator while the engine is on.This is a new listing, but I am an experienced Outdoorsy member and I was the top-rated listing in Sacramento a couple years ago. I'm excited to be back helping folks get in some great adventures!Any additional gear I have that will make your trip more fun - it's yours for free. Beach shelters, SUPs, kayak, portable cooler, yoga mats, tents backpacks, sleeping bags, movie projector & screen, etc...if you have a request, just ask and I'll see what I can do! What's includedYou'll leave loaded up & ready, with a freshly-sanitized interior. The bed has a mattress protector that is laundered between trips, and the mattress itself will be cleaned and sanitized. The water storage is easy to clean & disinfect and that will be done as well. Everything will be nice & shiny and all set for you.All your basics are covered - 5 gal fresh water, stove & fuel, biodegradable utensils, cookware, pots/pans, spices, bamboo leaf plates, bowls, glasses, and pretty much any common kitchen item you'd expect. The fridge will be cold and the deep cycle "house" lithium battery will be full. Electricity will not require any forethought - between the solar and the alternator-charger it it's not really possible to deplete the power even with heavier camping use.

Steven provided everything two novice campers would need to survive. Would recommend this camper van to anyone as it’s easy to use and is stocked full of the essentials. It was perfect! Great communication and service.

We are in our early 70s and have always tent camped in the past. We decided it was time to try something a bit more comfortable and found Steven’s van. We had a few concerns…would it be stuffy inside? No! Rooftop vent with fan brought the outdoor air inside. It’s a noisy fan but did the trick! Bed comfort? One of us needs extra cush on our mattresses so we brought a mattress topper to put on top of the memory foam mattress (which was firm) and we were very comfortable. At our age we usually need to get up in the night at least once. We got a portable potty from Amazon and that was an easy fit inside and worked like a charm. This van is well equipped! The battery is amazing. The husband uses a CPAP and we had plenty of juice for 4 nights. We did a few 20 minute drives and had a parking spot with a few hours of sunlight daily to help charge the solar system but ended with probably 70% power left. When we camp in the area again, we’ll definitely use Steven’s van again!!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I'm pretty flexible, and I'm not picky about a late drop off as long as there isn't another booking right after yours. Take your time & just let me know what works most conveniently for you and we're all good!
Q.Instructional videos for the shade awning and optional shelter...
