We are a unique family of 5, if you include our two fur babies! We have two cats that we adopted from an animal shelter around 5 years ago- Maya Eevie (yup, like the Pokemon! Her shelter name was "Potato") and Mr. Pib (he thinks he's a dog though!). We also have a kiddo through legal guardianship that we call our son. I work as a care manager for kids on the Autism Spectrum, and my husband works as a caregiver for people with disabilities. Our vacations mostly include camping weekends or day trips around Southern California when we get the chance. We can't wait to meet you and hope you have as much fun as we have with our trailer!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Tuesday through Thursday would need to be at exactly 10am or anytime 2pm-8pm. Saturday through Monday we are flexible from 8am-8pm. Anything before 8am or after 8pm is an extra $50.
Q.How can I become a verified driver?
A.
https://www.outdoorsy.com/help/how-to-become-a-verified-driver
Becoming a Verified Driver is a required step to protect yourself and the vehicle you are renting Outdoorsy.
1. Log into your Outdoorsy.com account and view your Upcoming Trips
2. You’ll see options to Add a driver and Verify my ID
3. Follow the Personal ID verification steps.
-This includes taking pictures of yourself, driver's license, verifying you are 25+ year's old, and more.
Q.How do I get a hitch receiver and 7 pin socket?
A.
If your vehicle has no towing package (hitch receiver & 7 pin socket), you can go to your nearest U-Haul to buy and then get it installed. It must be able to tow 12,000. Please note that the towing vehicle will need an electronic brake controller and a typical 4 door sedan would not be able to tow.
