We have been RV'ing for over 10 years. We started with a pop-up, then a pull behind and then a toy hauler pull behind, a 5th wheel and now Class C. We love the fact that the vacation starts as soon as we pull out. We also rent out a pull behind trailer and a few other utility trailers.

This was our first trip using Outdoorsy. This trailer had serveral issues. The main one was how filthy it was. The mattress was covered in pee stains the bathroom smelt horrible like stale urine. The bunk beds and dirt and crumbs all over them. We were told there was sheets for the bed however we didn’t touch those either because they smelt bad. We went to use the awning and the right side was so unstable we decided not to use it as it looked like it was going to fall apart. We rented a generator and it ran out of gas within 10 minutes. The black tank (sewage) said it was full so we never used it. I washed some bottles while we were camping with bottled water in the sink (maybe 2 gallons). Barry decided that was worth a 75 dollar dump fee as well as a 5 dollar fee for not having the generator full of gas even though we received the generator with only enough gas to run for 10 min.

This was a great travel trailer. It had plenty of space for my family of seven. Everything went smoothly and we had a great trip. Barry was absolutely fantastic. He too great time going over everything about the trailer with me, and he made that experience quite entertaining as well. He was very helpful through the entire process. I highly recommend this trailer and renting from Barry in general.

The trailer was provided by the host in unsanitary conditions. It was very dirty that I had to clean it myself before the trip and provided to the owner very clean after the trip. We fixed the screen door the handle and screen were very loose and tightened the screws in the bathroom door. He promised the air conditioner , electric outlets, televisions with dvds was working, None of these items worked. We had to purchase a generator for his trailer as the one he had was not ready to go or in working conditions. This was my first experience with renting a trailer and it wasn’t the best.

This RV has several problems. Therefore I did not accept possession. Unit was dirty from last renter, Screen door had tape holding in the screen. Had key broke off in one of the door locks. No stabilizing jacks. Auto switching feature (electrical to propane) was inoperable, had to light pilot from access maintenance panel. Black tank handle broken.
