• Security Deposit: Will be refunded after you return the RV, provided the camper has not been damaged, and you’ve satisfied the terms of this rental agreement.
•No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping inside the motorhome is strictly prohibited to maintain a clean and fresh environment for all guests. Smoking Fee: $1,000 if evidence of smoking is found, including the smell of cigarette smoke. Also includes foul odors.
• Fuel Requirements: The motorhome must be returned with a full tank of gas. Failure to do so may result in additional refueling charges which consist of $100 penalty + fuel cost.
• $100 if propane tank isn’t returned full as it was upon pick up.
• $300 Penalty + the hourly rental rate. Or penalty plus the full daily rate every 24 hours the RV is late.
• Small Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with an additional $250.00 per pet fee. Please contact us to discuss.
• Cleaning Policy: The motorhome must be returned in clean condition. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning is required upon return.
• Toll Charges: All toll charges incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. Any unpaid tolls will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.
• Dumping Tanks: Renters are responsible for emptying both the black and gray water tanks before returning the motorhome. A fee will be applied if tanks are not emptied.
• Driving Restrictions: The motorhome may only be driven by approved drivers over the age of 25 with a valid driver’s license. No off-road driving allowed.
• Absolutely no climbing on the roof!
• No wet towels or wet clothing is to be left inside the Motorhome. Please hang dry outside.
• Absolutely no awning usage with any wind or leaving it open while away from the campground.
• There is a max of 500 pound weight limit on over head queen bed and a 250 pound weight limit on each of the single bunk beds.
