This 2023 Jayco is brand new with a very clean Farmhouse design - fully stocked for your basic needs. This rig is great for hosting couples as well as families as it including two bunk beds that the kids will love. I welcome long distance travelers and long term renters!The Rig Features:
A/C and Fridge/Freezer
Queen size bed
Bunk House Beds (each bed can hold 300 lbs)
Dinning table that turns into a bed
Sink with large countertop space
Bathroom with full shower and toilet
1 large Full propane tank
Generator with a full tank - Unlimited USE

2 burner gas stove
Bluetooth indoor and outdoor speakers

Keurig will be provided (K-cups will not be provided)**Full Trailer Specs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=acBEpQ4f5I0Additional gas will not be provided for the generator beyond the initial full tank. It will be the renters responsibility to bring additional gas. I also offer delivery and pickup within a 50 mile radius. There is NO Limit on travel miles.The trailer is 3,075 lbs dry weight. Tow vehicle must have at least 4,500 lbs tow capacity. To tow you will need a 7-pin round electrical connector. The trailer has electric brakes and a brake control is recommended. TOW Hitch can be provided upon request.Please be sure to dump all black and gray water before returning the trailer. I can direct you to a local dump station if you forget to dump at the RV park. The dump station will charge you a fee. If you return the trailer without dumping the black and gray water or if you would like me to dump for you, there will be a charge of $55.Please DO NOT use household toilet paper - camping toilet paper will be provided. Do not flush any wipes, napkins, paper towels or women's products. Absolutely loved our experience renting the 2023 Jayco Bunkhouse from our host Chad! He was incredibly welcoming and made sure to explain all the camper features as well as what to do when switching between the generator and Propane utilities. The trailer itself was clean, well-stocked, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was seamless, and he was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Towing with our Ford F150 was a breeze, even on uphill and downhill roads. The trailer balanced perfectly, making the drive smooth and stress-free.

Rented this trailer for out annual trip up to Woodscanyon Lake. This was one of the cleanest and nicest trailers we've rented. Chad was also great with communication and very understandable and accommodating when we had to pickup our trailer latter than expected. Our drop off experience was very easy and convenient. We really enjoyed our trip and having a nice trailer made the experince even more enjoyable.
