2022 Forest River Cherokee Arctic Wolf
Delivery/SET UP Only. NO DRY Camping. This well built Fifth wheel, is made with quality in mind. Inside you will find a luxurious type feel as you sit by the fire (yes there’s a fireplace). This unit is equipped with 2 AC/heaters, one being in the master suite which keeps the temperature just right! Located at the back of the RV there is a 2 bunk bunkhouse with the top bunk rated at 300lbs and the bottom bunk at 600lbs for the kiddos! There is an outside ice maker along with 2 burner stove and fridge that make up the outdoor kitchen. This RV has everything you could possibly want. Please message me with any questions you might have. RV comes fully stocked with pots, pans, bowls, cups, toiletries, outdoor chairs, linens and games. Don’t worry about setting your camp up, we will do it for you!!***Cost for hook-up is $140(with setup) so the trailer is ready to be used right after drop off for local deliveries.***We include mileage up to 20 miles from Paso Robles. Anything over the 20 miles and there will be an additional fee. This will be included in the reservation quote.No climbing on the roof or anywhere on the exterior of the RV. Absolutely NO smoking inside the RV or around it. Smoking in the RV will result in forfeiture of entire security deposit. Renter is responsible for all damages caused. Minimum rental age is 25. We are flexible on the pick up time when we don't have the RV booked out, so plan on having the RV ready to be picked up by 10:00 a.m. unless we confirm with you that there is no booking for the date of your return, in which case, we can agree to a different return time. Although we don't expect you to leave the trailer immaculate, and we know camping comes with some level of dust and dirt, but if you leave the RV unreasonably dirty (e.g., piles of dirt, trash everywhere), we will charge an additional $95hr to have it cleaned. Basic cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, coffee pot, etc. supplied with trailer are included for your enjoyment. What's includedLinens, 4 camping chairs, linens, coffee pot, silverware, utensils, bowls, cups, board games, TV, and toiletries. Any other questions just ask! Delivery to and from your site. Other things to notePets may be negotiated depending on size, security deposit will go up.

I want to state that I gave the owner, Brett, the opportunity to "make it right" with us before I left this review and he did not respond, so I will give my honest review. Upon entering the trailer, my husband went in to use the restroom. The toilet had not been cleaned (I'll spare you the details, but it was disgusting). Also the bathroom mirror had spit/tootpaste marks all over it and the skylight in the bathroom had about 20 dead bugs caught in cobwebs.
We then looked around the rest of the trailer, knowing it had not been cleaned. The window sills were filthy and the sheets on the bed had not been washed. There was no knife, no can opener and no dish soap.
I notified Brett right away about the fact that the trailer had not been cleaned and he said that they had used a new cleaning service, but never offered any compensation or to come out and clean the trailer. We had to borrow blankets and pillows from friends, as well as the other items that were not provided. Needless to say, it was not the experience we were looking for and I'm even more disappointed that Brett was not professional enough to compensate us in some way.
