Very nice 32 FT RV, sleeps 7. Only 31K miles. Cherrywood colors on the interior. Sleeps 4 adults with 2 queen beds. The couch and table make into beds for people 5'4" and under. All rentals must be RV Owner approved campground with full water/sewer/ electric hookups. Delivery / Setup is available to local campgrounds..you just show up and Camp! Note: NO DRY Camping / Boondocking/ Festivals.
There is no generator use at this time.
No awning use since it is not covered by insurance. What's includedMaster bedroom comes with linens and comforter, extra blanket. 4 towels and washcloths, bar soap, had soap. Basic kitchen utensils, paper towels, 2 wine glasses, plastic glasses, paper plates, some cleaning supplies.

Please understand that there arent enough great words to tell you how great Mrs. Elizabeth is as an Rental Owner. We had it over 4th of July, my wife 2kids and I. 4 of us and there was plenty of room and the kids put down there phones on day 2...
Thank Mrs. Elizabeth as on the way home our kids asked us if we could start a new 4th of July FAMILY TRADITION BY DOING IT EVERY YEAR....

Elizabeth was great to work with. She was great at communicating before and during our trip. Would recommend bringing kitchen cooking items with you as the RV has not been cooked in much. Some need items were missing. Would definitely recommend for a weekend or week long road trip.
