Jim was great. We'd reserved a Class A with him a while before our planned trip. 2 or 3 days before the trip - with friends flying driving in from around the country - the rig we'd booked suffered a breakdown 4 states away, and because there was a large music festival planned for the weekend of our trip there weren't any alternatives available within a 3 state radius. He was scrambling and doing his best to find a replacement for us and luckily the day before our planned departure he let us know that a reservation someone had made for a much nicer RV than the one we'd reserved had fallen through and that we coukd have it at the same price as our original reservation. The mew one had a generator issue that was being worked on but he was super communicative about it and was able to get us on the road not much later than we'd originally planned. I'll definitely be looking his was first for the next RV trip I plan.
