Rv’ing for the first time, alongside a 7 months old baby, for a month could be stressful, an inconvenient..
Though Adrienne and Karlee made it the best trip we’ve ever had.. the best travel experience ever.
So patience, thoughtful, friendly and worm!!! They were so communicative and aware for our needs that we cant say thank enough…helped us arranging infant seat, bassinet , carpets, bathtub for our baby and just helped us getting ready for the journey.
The rv was so new, reliable and convenient that we felt in an outdoor hotel for a month..
We thank Adrienne and Karlee for hosting us, and the outdoorsy services for making this dream to happen..
Amit, Rom and Thor..

I rented RV, booking ref 5201319 and the owner claiming $265 against security deposit. This is for excessive cleaning and to replace water package hookup replacement.

Adrienne and Karlee’s answer

Sorry Andrey you feel wronged by being held accountable. I gave you the option to clean the RV at the time of the return and you indicated you didn't have time for that because of your kids. Your friend can attest to this conversation as he was standing on the exit stairways during this time. As agreed, I billed you to clean it for you. Fact is, I ONLY charged you $265, in total for all damage and the clean, so really you are welcome. Tofino is sandy, I get that, but you could have at least attempted to remove some of the sand, not left dirty pans in the stove, dirty bathroom, toilet, stove covered in bacon grease, all documented and pictures taken. As discussed, I was also able to fix the table, you travelling with a boat covered in sand is too much weight for an RV table. The forced grinding swivel of the table leg has left permanent damage. I didn't charge you for that did I? Also, I know there is a lot to learn when RV'ing, but I do ease the burden and supply, encourage and hope that all renters follow the water and sewer hookup videos I send. It is really quite easy to set up properly to not damage the system. It is the respectful, right thing to do. I explained to you a few times, so not sure why you continue to act obtuse on what I billed you for. Again, and only for the purpose of my future renters... You had contaminated the clean water system by using the septic water hose for water hook up without a sand filter and then you proceeded to store the septic hose with all the new potable water gear. I have septic and potable water gear on opposite sides of the RV on purpose. You're welcome I didn't charge you what it has cost me to rectify and sanitize the systems. Hiding the broken screen door was just the top of the cake. Trying to make me look unethical or dishonest, when your ego and disrespect is truth of your character. Other RV owners beware, the disrespect for other peoples things and then victim blaming on top is a little much. I am a gracious Host, I care, and my RV is spotless because that is what my guests deserve and they most certainly deserve water without cross contamination from the septic. I hope your future RV adventures go more smoothly and you are open to educating yourself before you damage the next RV. Cheers, Adrienne
