This pristine 2024 Keystone Springdale 25th Anniversary, named The Roam Haven, is owned by a military family in Hampton Roads. The rental includes setup.This Roam Haven is for delivery only... WE DO NOT allow this to be towed by anyone other than the owners.A $500 deposit is required, and you are liable for repair costs exceeding this amount. Renters must provide sewer, water, and 30-amp electric service. The RV is for delivery only—no self-towing. Delivery to the Eastern Shore and Outer Banks costs $150.No smoking is allowed inside; violations will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. The rental includes clean linens, memory foam mattress toppers, and a fully stocked kitchen. A Blackstone grill is provided with a $25 cleaning fee if used and not cleaned when returned.A $150 cleaning fee will be charged for excessive dirtiness. Bad odors will result in loss of the entire deposit for professional cleaning. Pets are allowed but must be pre-approved.What's includedLinens, cookware, silverware, plates, bowls and coffee cups.

Q.Are pets allowed in the RV?

We welcome furry friends but do ask that guests notify us in advance if they plan to bring pets. We request that pets remain supervised and that the RV is kept clean.
Q.Can I view the RV in person before renting?
A.
Yes! We are located in Newport News and encourage potential guests to come by and view the RV in person. Just let us know, and we’ll be happy to arrange a convenient time for you.
Q.What cleaning and maintenance are required upon return?
A.
We ask that guests return the RV in a clean condition, with trash removed and surfaces wiped down. All food must be disposed of.
Q.What amenities are included in the RV rental?
A.
Our Keystone Springdale Classic 26ft RV comes equipped with a kitchen, sleeping accommodations, bathroom, and dining area. It includes essentials like a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and heating/air conditioning for a comfortable stay. Bedding and kitchen basics are also provided.
