Hi we're Kristin and Ryan & we're happy to introduce you to our sweet and completely custom build- Darla!Darla is a 2020 Extended length rig that was professionally converted by Nirvana Upfitters in Leominster, MA! She is fully equipped with an Ice Box Air Conditioner from Cruise N Comfort, a Full size pop top bed from Colorado Camper Vans, a standing full shower in the back, w/ a composting toilet and a full size fridge! We wanted our van to feel as comfy and cozy as home, so we poured our hearts into this build!Don't worry, the bed is "upstairs" but we also decked Darla out with a folding day bed downstairs so you can enjoy the TV from the comfort of the cabin.The AC has vents both in the cab and in the pop top for total comfort and cooling day and night! Plus, for the cooler fall and winter nights we stocked Darla with Van life Tech's heated floors to keep you cozy & warm!What about cooking you ask?! Yep! We've got you fully covered there too with an induction cook top, microwave, 8 in 1 air flyer/ convection oven a full sink and of course a full length fridge w/ freezer space.All of our cabinets are push to open to keep you safe and secure while on the road.We've got plenty of storage, a 30 gallon fresh water tank we'll have full for you upon pick-up, solar on the roof, + a hefty lithonics battery system to power all your needs. What's included-Airport is only 10-15 minute Uber!

We loved our time with this van! We drove it to the Great Smoky Mountains and had a wonderful time. The van has everything you need- cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, battery powdered lantern, camping chairs and table, towels, etc etc. The pop-up top bed was a very fun feature- we loved waking up in the trees every morning. Kristin was very kind and always responded to any of our message promptly! We would highly recommend this rental for your next adventure.

Wow!!!! Kristin made this so incredible. She gave us a very informative run down. The video on how to run everything helped run everything seamlessly! We did go down to TN during hurricane Helene so we just pivoted and changed plans! If we did have questions she answered immediately.
This was my first trip with my oldest daughter as an adult, just her and I. We didn't plan we just let the roads take us and we had Darla to take us there! Worth every penny!

Took a quick 2 night trip to explore some hiking around Tennessee. Everything from check out and instructions were great, including the smell of the sheets/blankets and cleanliness of the van.

Darla was a fantastic van for our short adventure in the US. We absolutely loved her!
Much easier size to drive than the bigger RV’s, but the pop-top provided plenty of space, so you never felt squeezed in.
All the features and amenities you need to be comfortable and entirely independent and no generator required either, which was a bonus! Kristin and Ryan were super easy to deal with and were kindly accommodating with our pick-up time due to a flight cancellation.
Highly recommend this van to anyone travelling around Tennessee :)

We spent a week with "Darla" exploring various state and national parks, hiking, camping and making memories to last a life time for my daughters Senior Trip! Darla is A-MAZING, and so are her owners! The check-in and out process was seamless and thorough & owners were quick to respond to the few questions I had after we left. Darla is well stocked with items you'll need like bedding, camping chairs, kitchen & cleaning items. There was even a TV with streaming, although we were too busy exploring the outdoors. The solar was awesome and kept us powered the whole trip without having to worry about campsite hookups! We did not use the composting toilet but loved that it was there as an option if need be!

Our trip was perfect thanks to Darla and the host. Kristin and her husband were very accommodating, friendly, and had great communication. We were off the grid for five days and four nights. This rig was equipped with everything you may need like: 400 kw solar system, inverter, battery pack, portable wifi, chairs, folding table, sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, shower (enough water to last our stay), toilet (only had to empty once), black out shades, and the AC unit in the pop-up and downstairs is top tier. The host had a detailed guidebook on how everything works. There’s a panel in the rig that lets you know how much water is left, what percentage the gray water tank is at/ how much water you have, and how much the solar is pulling. The solar system blew our minds- we were able to stay above 20% with the sola system (meaning we never went without solar; granted it was pretty sunny). Even when it was overcast the solar system was still pulling energy! We LOVED Darla. Thank you so much for the best weekend of our lives! Darla felt like home even when it was 95 degrees outside in the middle of TN!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We can usually be pretty flexible with the time of pick-up & drop-off if we have some advanced notice, especially if you pick the van up at our house! We always try to work around your trip!
Q.How do I work the electric and pop top bed?
A.
We will send you short, but detailed videos of both these systems so you can use them in real time when you're traveling! They are located inside our custom made Canva welcome book.
Q.Do I have to empty the toilet before drop-off?
A.
Yes!!! That's just common courtesy! You don't have to thoroughly clean the entire toilet, but if you go to the restroom in it, PLEASE empty the black urine container, and if you can't hold it and go #2, please empty ALL the material in the back compartment into a trash bag and dispose at your convenience before return time!
Q.Are ALL music Festivals a no-go?
A.
No! Not all of them, just the one's that our insurance says "I won't cover claims from here". Particularly Burning Man, Lollapalooza, Coachella and others on the West Coast.
