Sarah F.

October 20243

Ended up being so expensive with add ons and then having to end up having the trailer delivered because our truck didn't have the right hook up for the lights. Maybe I am just used to higher quality older trailers but it felt so cheap. AC didn't turn off on its own so it would end up freezing. There was also a leak going on so we didn't continue to shower. The bed is also horridly uncomfortable, hard, lumpy, and not a short rv "queen"

Brenda’s answer

Hi Sarah. Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your input. It was our pleasure to be able to get the trailer out to you so that you could continue your trip. We know you came a long way! The AC has multiple modes. The auto feature will enable it to turn off when it reaches the desired temperature. The issue with the shower is being worked on and we hope the partial refund you received for that inconvenience helped. We thank you for bringing it to our attention and we will be sure to address your concerns about the bed as well. We always welcome any input that can ensure our guests have the best possible experience.

Very good experience. First time camping in a trailer. The owner was very helpful with showing us how everything worked and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Highly recommend.

This was our first venture and it was so great! Our extended family was very impressed as well!

Have a question?Get answers directly from the host

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are always willing to work with you. Give us the details of your trip and we will determine if additional accommodations can be made. If you plan to tow yourself and are not taking delivery we highly recommend making your reservations one day before and one day after your trip. This gives you time at your home to get everything loaded and prepared for your trip and then unloaded again before you return Birdie to her nest.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We will do a walkthrough with you to go over this before you take Birdie on the road. There will also be a handbook inside the unit to explain. Be sure to keep an eye on your tanks throughout your trip.. We recommend checking them every morning and evening to determine if you need to flush. If your sinks don't drain it is likely that the tanks are just full and it's time to pull them. Upon leaving you always want to flush your black tank first, followed by the grey.

Q.How are your RVs cleaned?
A.
Every unit is cleaned and sanitized inside and out before and after every reservation. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to us. With that being said, please remember you are in the outdoors and these units are being towed or driven to wherever you are staying. We cannot guarantee a dirt or dust-free experience but we do our best. After all, you're camping!

Q.What is your pet policy?
A.
We welcome any breed of dog so long as they are house trained. We kindly ask that dogs remain off of the furniture and we are happy to provide a bed for your pooch with the purchase of our pet package. No cats or other types of animals are permitted. All persons traveling with pets must purchase the daily pet package and are subject to the additional pet cleaning fee of $50. See additional pet policy information in rental agreement.
