Gracie is a 2021 Ram Promaster, high roof van that is custom built with all the comforts of home, allowing you to focus on exploration and enjoyment with your fun traveling plans. Amenities include: able to be Fully OFF Grid with a Goal Zero 1500x lithium battery powering this home on wheels, plus solar/AC/plug -in options as well. There are 33 gallons of fresh water, a deep sink, induction stove (plus a camp propane or butane stove), fridge, natures head toilet, shower (outdoor), awning and Webasto Heater/electric Dometic AIR Conditioner for comfort in any outdoor temps, plus much more!! It is fully stocked and can sleep 3, has seat belts for 2. There is a full-sized bed (best fit for 5’9” heights and shorter) plus optional single ( available, but please specify if you need this ) that is comfortable for sleeping and more! We've tried to think of everything!! Animals welcome- with deposit and approval! This Van is Clean! You will enjoy its ease of driving and it fits in most parking spots, making her the easiest and most comfortable companion for travel! Maybe you just want to try VAN Life before you commit to this lifestyle. With Gracie, full time living is possible!What's includedFresh linens, towels, spices, cooking oil, pans/pots, dishes and just about all essential kitchen needs like cutting boards, measuring cups, bowls, knives etc. There is a pull out table inside and a table for outdoors, as well as camp chairs and a comfortable outdoor rug. All windows have secure coverings for privacy and temperature control and the van is also quite stealthy and can fit in almost anywhere unnoticed.RecommendationsWe are about 2 hours from the Shenandoah mountains with unbelievable views and places to explore and are 20 minutes to Pocahontas State Park, as well as about 2 hours to the beach. Also, 15 minutes from downtown Richmond with a world of activities , dining and entertainment. Other things to noteWe Love Gracie and are SO EXCITED to share her with those who will also love and appreciate her AND the world that opens as a van traveler. Delivery and pick up available and Pets OK with approval- lets chat! There are a few details related to ensuring all the equipment works perfectly for you and we have a booklet in the van but also appreciate a call or text if you have any issues or questions. My husband and I had a WONDERFUL time with Gracie! We celebrated our 21st anniversary. The host added a rose plant, marriage prayer glass plaque, and sparkling non-alcoholic Rose`. She went above and beyond to make our stay special. Easy to schedule and great value for all you get!
We LOVED Gracie. Very clean and organized! The bed and driving chairs are comfortable. All the basics for camping is included! They also have an additional mattress for the center isle if needed.
Consider renting Gracie! She is delightful!! 😊

Fantastic trip! Gracie and Maryann were fantastic! We will definitely rent Gracie again. We went complete off grid for two full days and Gracie had everything we needed and Maryann is so wonderful! Thank you 🙏🏻
