Very nice camping trailer with "fireplace". We will deliver it and set it up anywhere in San Luis Obispo County (Morro Bay, Cayucos, Wine Country, Pismo, etc.) or San Simeon.Camping chairs, out and indoor tables, an additional outdoor kitchen and stove, patio mat, all included. What's includedWe include camping chairs, mat, all linens, bedding and towels. Also included, the outdoor Coleman stove and kitchen setup is a real bonus. For indoor entertainment we have also included an "OTG" adapter for the television. Just plug the usbc from your phone to the TV and 'voila', stream from any app on your phone (i.e., netflix). It also comes with a DVD player and about 20 movies to choose from if you're feeling 'retro'.The trailer also has a cell booster. No setup required, it just works!RecommendationsWe love this trailer. Our family used it to tour America in 2020 and we could be happier with it. For a family of 4, the bunk space gives the kids their own space. Keeping the common area ready from movies, dining or board games without having to make convert made our experiences even more enjoyable.If you are looking for a beach getaway, the outdoor (hot/cold) shower is a must have.We spent months finding the perfect size. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are very flexible on delivery and pickup times. Please note, this trailer is delivery only.
Q.Does your trailer have a generator.
A.
No, however it does have battery, a solar panel, water, and propane onboard. With the battery, lights awning, and USB outlets are operational. The will run on propane. at least 1 tank of propane is included with the rental. The hot water heater will also work on a propane setting if local power is not available
The trailer has full electrical use with a 30amp or 20amp (with included adapter) hookup.
