**Free end of trip propane refill
**Free end of trip dumping / water fill
**pets stay FreeThanks for checking out my tow RV! A great portion of what you see includes my own renovations and work! The most obvious one is the solar, 15 panels in all, which will generate more than 800 watts/hr during peak solar hours! During daytime hours you will have virtually unlimited power to run the air conditioner nonstop on full blast, as well as TV, lights, etc.The rechargeable battery that is pictured is a Bluetti AC200max battery (you can Google this to see details). It will charge from the panels and provide all of the energy the RV needs so a hookup is optional! I often boondock on the roads next to parks or the Pacifica beach (as pictured) all for free! You can ask me for ideas for good spots!Even partly cloudy or mostly cloudy days will be enough to charge the battery. The great thing about the battery is that it can charge from (and has the cords) not only solar, but also standard wall outlet 110v, or car cigarette lighter. Only rainy days or darker cloudy days will yield little power. If the Bluetti battery does run out of juice, no problem! There is a backup 12v battery attached to the RV main frame which will power lights, overhead fan, and the propane furnace. It will last for several days without recharging, and will recharge once the sun comes out again. You won’t have to worry if you need heat and the rechargeable battery is dead, as the propane furnace will act as an alternative heat source to the electric. It can run on propane for 10-14 nights on average, or 7 if you are in below freezing conditions. On a full charge the Bluetti lithium battery will run the air conditioner for 3 hours straight on full blast, or the provided small 250 watt electric space heater for about 8 hours. This is assuming the sun has gone down and you’re running completely on battery alone. If the sun is up, you have virtually unlimited power for the camper needs! The weight of the RV is about 2500 lbs (1900 dry weight).Water tank volumes:
Fresh: 21 gal, Black: 8.5 gal, Grey: 18 gal
Extra cargo capacity: 1100 lbs approx
Hitch weight: 260 lbsI have a 2 inch ball hitch included free with the RV. This attaches to your truck/car/suv.Amenities include:-full size bed with 2 inch thick foam topper
-40 inch TV with antenna connection
-Full wet bathroom with toilet, shower
-Propane furnace with propane bottle
-air conditioner
-fridge, stovetop burner (2), sink, microwave
-overhead fan
-2 windows
-storage under the bed for luggage
-underside RV storage
-outside shower connection
-upper cabinet spacesSend me a message if you have any requests or questions! What's included-coffee maker, filters, coffee, coffee creamer
-Brita water filtration container and filter
-7 piece cookware set: one frying pan, 1-qt sauce pan with lid, 2-qt sauce pan with lid, and 4-qt saucepan with lid
toiletries such as soap, shampoo, body wash, razors, tooth brushes, toothpaste, floss provided
-2 large towels and 2 medium towels provided
-toilet paper, paper towels, provided
-small dining table for 1 person provided (due to space constraints it’s folded behind toilet)RecommendationsThis tow RV is best for couples or a single person, and can fit a child/baby in a small blowup mattress or similar mattress/cushion setup. It can also fit an animal (or 2 if you really want to make it work!) I do have additional cushions that came with the RV if you have a child to sleep on the floor space. Just ask! The floor space is 10 feet by 3 feet. The 1900 lbs weight is light so it’s easy to tow and take almost anywhere!Other things to note-Pets are great I don’t mind if you have one!
-please please please no smoking inside, just hop out the door!
-as of now I don’t have an extra brake controller so you will have to provide your own, but I can buy one if requested
-I don’t charge a “cleaning fee” for average cleaning for normal use (like mopping, vacuuming, changing linens, etc) but if the RV is returned with excessive dirtiness which requires a deep or extended cleaning beyond normal, then $100 extra cleaning charge will be applied. Also if it’s left a complete disaster, which I don’t anticipate, then charges can go beyond this which would come out of the deposit.

Fun fact about me is that I love the RV life so much that I live in one full time and constantly am adjacent to the beach, a park, or travel destination! I also have done several cross country road trips to all corners of the USA, from Seattle to NYC to Montreal to Key West Austin and back!

Had a great time with my family. Our campground was very hot the first night and the AC blew cold until temps went down. Perfect size for wife and toddler.

Was a lot of fun! Tim is a real nice guy, and the camper was perfect for me and my little boy. Made it about 150mi towing with a Rivian so plenty of range to get to the Rivian charger in Ukiah from bay area and to Mendocino Natl Forest from there. The solar panels and batteries are great to keep the fridge on and A/C blowing all the time.
