We built it in 2018 to live in full time, and it's been great for us. No hookups needed, this van can function off-grid. It's designed with versatility in mind and can handle hot or cold weather (we've slept in -20F in it).
During the winter season, there is no running water. Equipped with diesel heater.Features:
Inside shower
2-burner cook stove
Evaporative AC cooler for hot nights
Diesel heater for cold nights
Bulkhead shield for extra safety from items in the back + insulation from heat/cold
Bug screen for big, sliding door
2 vent fans for great ventilation
Solar panels to charge battery bank (or charge by driving on overcast days)
Tons of storage in the "basement" for all the outdoor toys
Permanent bed that's always ready for sleeping onBudget some time (~30min) for me to teach you the basic systems and how everything works in this home on wheels! Don't be intimidated, it's very forgiving and simple. I will have a manual/videos for you in case you forget anything.

Julien's van was absolutely perfect for our road trip to Colorado. The ample storage underneath the bed was a total game changer. The van was also easy to drive and handle which was a bonus! It wasn't too loud inside either, despite some windy roads. It truly had everything we needed for a 6 night camping/road trip. We will definitely rent again!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Some flexibility, just inquire!
Q.Do you have parking for our car while we use your rig?
A.
YES!
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Everything is self contained, so it's the same whether at a RV campground, in a paved parking lot, or the middle of a national forest!
