This RV comes with a sink, fridge, indoor shower toilet combo with an outdoor shower option. The RV is fitted with a 20g fresh water tank and an 20g grey water tank. the black water tank is 5L. The RV also comes with a two burner stove, sink and mini fridge. NO GeneratorWhat's includedFresh bed sheets, mattress toppers for the bunk if needed, cookware, utensils, mini med-kit, mesh screens on both back doors and sliding door, Shower curtain for out door shower, plates, Other things to noteNo smoking, preferably no pets, return with full tank of gas, there will be a $120.00 cleaning fee at the end of your rental. This will include an interior and exterior clean as well as a dump of black water and grey water tanks.

The van that we rented was absolutely perfect. It was fairly simple with not a lot of things that can break. Plenty of room for hanging out/sleeping if desired. We definitely will rent it again!
