Great small camper with all the amenities to make a weekend or week long camping stay fun. We have tons of extra camping gear we can throw in with the rental to make your camping trip exactly what you want. This unit comes with a queen front Murphy bed, a twin table bed and double size bunk beds. Bathroom, stove, inside and outside fridge. We also keep a table and propane grill in the outside kitchen area. Power awning and tv/Roku stick that runs on 12v so even if you’re camping off grid can enjoy a movie before bed.We will include weight distribution hitch and sway bars for every rental. We will assist with hookup before you leave and make sure you’re comfortable with how everything operates. We reserve the right to cancel on the spot for unsafe vehicle conditions. We will deliver up to 100 miles for you and set it up for your vacation time.My biggest complaint about outdoorsy was that we wanted to do a monthly rental to go on a long road trip. Between people trying to charge us mileage and $120/nt it was prohibitively expensive. We do not charge mileage and we offer a Steep monthly discount. Let’s chat about it. What's includedWe include fresh linens and a set of towels with each rental. We have air mattresses, tents, camping chairs, extra stoves, and plenty of other commodities we can include to make sure your trip is exactly what you want. Let us know what you’d like included with the rental and we’ll see what we can do to make it happen. RecommendationsIf you are requesting delivery, make sure you have your site reserved and that you are checked in prior to our arrival time. We’ll set up the camper and hook up everything for you to get right into it.If you are picking up and dropping off, make sure you have a 2” receiver, a 7-pin trailer connector, and a trailer brake installed. Make sure your truck is in good shape and ready to tow and that the tow rating for your vehicle is around 6000 lb or better. The trailer weighs in around 3750lbs dry but we like to have plenty of margin for loading up camping goods and making sure you’re safe on the road. Other things to noteIf we are delivering and picking up for you, make sure the camper is emptied out of all your belongings before we arrive to hook up. Let us know if you’ve used the holding tanks inside and their approximate level. We will handle dumping after collecting the camper. If there is a dump site available, we’ll charge $25 for dumping the tanks. If there is not, we will charge $100 to dump it on our way home.If you are picking up and dropping off, ensure you are traveling with empty tanks by dumping before leaving your site to head back to us ($100 fee for returning with tanks full). Repeat the steps as instructed during pickup for hooking up the camper to your truck when you leave the site. Let us know of any issues as soon as possible during the trip once you’re in a safe position. We will do everything we can to help you out.

We are a family of 5 living in central Virginia. We love traveling and camping. Spending weekends up in the GW/Jefferson NF is a blast. We started setting up our camper for that off grid camping. We’ve done about 30 states in the last 5 years and are excited to keep expanding. We’ve camped in just about everything: tents, RTTs, pop up, class C, and now our Heartland BH170. We want to share that love of camping with others and help make that experience as easy as possible. We’ll throw in cooking kits, our solar panels, outdoor tables, heaters, towels, sheets, whatever we can do to make your camping trip better, we will try to facilitate. We are perfectly located to drive the camper out for you and set up for your weekend/week at Lake Anna.

Mark was awesome and his camper was fantastic. This was our first experience staying in a camper and he made sure we were completely informed well before our trip. He was fantastic with setup and pick up, and checked in mid-trip to make sure we were doing ok. The camper was in excellent shape, everything worked as expected and it was very comfortable even for a family of 5 and two dogs. I appreciate Mark and his camper, and look forward to staying again!

GREAT experience. GREAT hosts. We rented for a month and had not problems the entire time. And we had regular check ins to make sure things were going well. Highly recommend this!

Had a great experience with Mark's camper! We needed extra space for guests and the camper was perfect. Clean and comfortable. He came and dropped it off, set it up, and came and picked it up for us 2 days later. It was so easy. Loved having this option for my guests instead of having to book a hotel - much more affordable too!

I loved everything about this travel trailer for my family of 4. Mark was very informative, honest and communicated with us before, during and after our trip to ensure everything went smooth! If you’re looking for a weekend getaway, I highly recommend you look into renting from Mark!

We had an excellent experience with the rental of this trailer to provide us with additional sleeping space at our property over the 4th of July. The owner was communicative and arrived right on time, set up the unit, as he did when he cam to remove the trailer at the end of the booking. The unit was very clean and neat, worked great over a HOT weekend to keep our extra guests cool, and we very comfortable. We look forward to using it and OutDoorsy again!!! We give it a five star rating!!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We will work with you to arrange pickup and drop off times that work for both of us. We are willing to do early pickup or later drop off (within the same scheduled dates) for no additional charge as much as we can, up to about 9am on pickup day and 5pm on drop off. Anything outside those times may be met with a surcharge but we can discuss as they arise.
