Please do not smoke in the RV! If we detect the smell of smoke, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $700. Pets are only allowed with permission and paid pet fee. Undisclosed pets may result in a fee of $250. You will be asked to sign the Departure Form at the time of key exchange, please take the time to review it ahead of time.

Process was excellent - very vlear and organized. Van was clean and as advertised - included all we needed. The best were the “how-to” videos provided - so helpful for first-time RVers like us. And those on the ipad provided with the van were used all thru our trip. Flexible on drop off and pick up; great communication - Nika does what she says she is going to do.
