This is an immaculate condition Brand NEW 2022 Aspen Trail 21RD, an awesome travel trailer that's perfect for family camping or excursions! Despite the model year of 2022 this is actually a completely new trailer in the 2024 camping season. Modern interior makes this feel like a cottage on wheels, and there's no compromise anywhere! With a queen bed, a couch that converts to a bed, and a convertible dining table/bed at the back of the trailer, this unit can sleep 6 comfortably with little to no effort. Has a nice kitchenette with ample countertop and an oven/stove top, and a microwave above. Has an AC unit and heater to keep temperatures perfect no matter the outdoor weather, that's simple and straightforward to use. Bathroom is a three-piece, with a toilet, shower, and sink, as well as a mirror cabinet with some storage. Lots of storage throughout the trailer, both a passthru in the front and several cabinets inside, including two on either side of the main bed. The fridge is full-sized with a separate freezer, allowing you to bring frozen foods and not compromise anywhere!We provide the dishes, cups, cutlery, basic cooking supplies, toilet paper, but not the bed blankets/pillows or hand towels/dish towels. This so it is as turnkey and sanitary possible for you, we can make it so you just show up and camp!At 25.5ft, and 4500LBs, it's small enough to be towed by most mid-sized SUVs (with towing packages) or almost any pickup truck (needs to have 5000LB+ towing capacity - contact me to discuss). Prefer to have renters self-tow, but in certain circumstances delivery to nearby campgrounds can be arranged. Other add-ons available are as well, or extras such as chairs, coolers, a canoe or kayak, and more. • It is the driver's responsibility to tow the trailer in a safe manner and not dangerously or at excessive speeds. Being a 25 ft long trailer, it is also very important to be aware of turning radius and backup - and to be aware of clearance height. Highly recommended to also use a Weight Distribution hitch (can provide) for any tow vehicle with this trailer.

- Security deposit: A$1,308.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: A$87.20. This fee covers the prep and cleaning/sanitization of the trailer pre-and-post every guest rental so it is in immaculate shape for each journey. It also goes toward replacement of the disposable items
