2022 Forest River Coachmen Northern Spirit Ultra Lite (2963 BH)
This Northern Spirit is family friendly floorplan, ready to give you the comforts of home on your next adventure! She is packed with some awesome features and a great floorplan for all to enjoy.Its light weight makes it simple to tow, but we are more than happy to take that off your hands and bring it to you! It will be clean, setup, and ready for you to enjoy hassle free (50mi max distance from Georgetown, TX). We will walk you through everything that you need to know and ensure that you'll only need to worry about when you're going to swim in the lake, or take that well deserved nap...in the AC I might add!There is a queen sized master bed w/ a 4-inch mattress topper to give you that extra comfort. Two full-size beds in back (the bottom folds up for extra storage). This is in addition to the dinette sleeper, and loveseat fold out bed. Plenty of space for a family or group of friends. Full operational kitchen that runs off two separate propane tanks, plenty of propane to heat your water and run the stove/oven. Very spacious fridge, and plenty of pantry space. Keep your eyes peeled, because there are a couple beer bottle openers built into the unit.Don't worry about the water! It's got a 49 gal. fresh water tank, 33 gal. gray water, and 33 gal. black water. Or take advantage of hooking up to one of the many full-hookup sites in the area. To run the unit at full-capacity (both ACs) requires a 50amp hook-up, but is able to convert to a 30amp and still run the main AC unit.If you're ready to step outside, take your pick on doors. There is a front and back entrance/exit. The back one connects directly into the bathroom...even better for when you want to come in and not track dirt through the whole place just to go to the bathroom (we'd greatly appreciate you don't ;))There is an 18' awning outside, w/ blutooth speaker to play your favorite tunes!
