Plenty of room with an extra fridge outdoors and 3 slide outs. 1 bedroom up front with a queen bed, den with a foldout couch, back bunk room with 3 bunkbeds and a dining table, dining table in kitchen area. Both dining tables make into a bed. What's includedAll the pots and pans you will need for cooking, pizza pan, oven mitt, cooking utensils, coffee pot, (bring ground coffee, coffee cups no filters needed), toaster, salt & pepper, hand soap for kitchen and bathroom, dish soap, cleaning spray, toilet paper, toilet brush. Freshly laundered mattress protectors. Recommendations 1. Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park at Canyon Lake: With Guadalupe River tube shuttles and lots of kid activities including Yogi Bear's Water Zone
