Enjoy this 25' bunkhouse for all your camping trips with friends and family. This camper is very spacious and very well maintained. This camper comes with outdoor rug, a few chars, movies for a rainy night and a complementary smores basket for each guest. I do however, not allow large breed dogs or cats inside camper. What's includedout door rug, few chairs, movies, DVD player, all the sewer hoses, and water hook ups, 2 tv's, paper plates. There is one set of linens for master bed and two bunks. Will need to bring additional linens if using the dinette and jack knife couch. RecommendationsPlease let me know ahead of time if you are not familiar with hooking up so we can set aside plenty of time to go over anything with you. Other things to notejust to reiterate no large breed dogs or cats.

Delivery and set up were wonderful family was excited over the clean well stocked RV. Not to mention the s’mores kit. We did have an air conditioning problem not with output but noise. A constant loud clacking sound in addition to usual a/c noise was detrimental to sleep the whole trip
