Wow! What a great trip. Stacey was very responsive when we booked and Dan was very accommodating and made sure our trip went smooth. The van was exactly what we were looking for easy to drive and operate all its features. We drove for hours in the super comfortable seats plenty of power and the perfect size to get into parking spots but still enough room inside to be comfortable while camping. If we find ourselves in a road trip in the Vegas area again we will be booking with them again.

I rented this RV for a trip to visit Joshua Tree National Park. The RV drove fine and the pics are accurate.

Thank you for your review Ashley and for making the most of your trip. Unfortunetly the van isnt made for extreme weather and it does need a shore plug in for the ac to work consistently.
We did however troubleshoot with you on the phone of places you could take the van to have the regulator replaced within a couple hours and you chose not to interrupt your vacation to have cooking and hot water. Regulators are delicate and probably break the most of any other part in a camper van. We are sorry for the inconvenience and felt we gave you all the options at the time of this issue.
You will be getting the $50 back for the coffee maker by the end of the week as promised. Dan is the manager of the van and the go to for rentals. Stacey is the owner and rarely involved in the rental process.
I hope this better defines our roles and expectations going forward for anyone reading this review we will always do our best to give you options on anything that happens with the van while youre on the road to keep you and the van safe.
