We were so excited about the trip we had planned, but ended up having a horrible rental experience. We confirmed with Jason a pickup time, to which he seemed accommodating. After showing up to the residence, there was no answer at the door. We were told through the video doorbell to "hold tight," which had us waiting over 45 minutes for someone to show up to the house. Upon inspection of the trailer, it was not ready for us to take AT ALL. It was inaccessible and had multiple vehicles parked in front of it. The water tank was not filled and the tires were flat. We came to find out Jason (who we communicate with through Outdoorsy) resides in Tennessee and the trailer is at his uncle's house in Vegas. So there is a huge lack of communication between the two. We had to postpone our trip to wait for the trailer to be prepared for us and accessible to take on our trip. Before we left, we noticed the sewage piping underneath the trailer was dangling and had to be fastened so it didn't drag on the road. This was another timely delay. When we finally got to our campsite, the trailer battery died and would not hold a charge. We had to purchase a generator just to open the pop out and keep the lights on. The overall trailer functions fine, but the upkeep and maintenance was despicable. When the trailer was returned after our trip, the uncle was not home again, so we were asked to just leave it parked out on the street.

Easy trailer to tow.
Very clean and user friendly. Only issue was the water pump and furnace not working properly. Other than that, great trailer and flexibility from Jason (Owner).

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Communication is key. As long as you communicate early when you would like to pick up and drop off, we will be pretty flexible as long as it's on the booked days.
